Hyannis, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA

5 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 10)

This recently renovated three level home is nicely decorated in the Arts and Crafts style. With ocean views and a fresh water pond in the back nearly all of the rooms share spectacular "waterscape" views. This house is located on a quiet street that ends at the ocean and is just steps away from a PRIVATE, WARM WATER, SANDY BEACH FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE STREET AND THEIR GUESTS.

The front entrance has a raised entry, brick patio; this level includes a spacious open floor-plan with a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast area, and living room. French doors extend this into a wonderful dining room area, and then through double sliders to a furnished sun deck with gas barbecue grill overlooking a beautiful freshwater pond. This level also includes two bedrooms, one full and one half bath.

The second level has an oversized master bedroom with king bed, sitting area with HDTV, CD player, and slider to a walk out porch (Captains' deck), two additional bedrooms, another sitting area, and a full bath with large linen closet.

The lower level has a generous sized family room with large screen TV, VCR, DVD and a Bose surround sound system, and a game room complete with a full sized pool table. This level has double slider walk-out access to the professionally landscaped back yard, fishing dock, and pond.

Hyannis is conveniently located between the bridge to Cape Cod and Provincetown, the eastern most tip of the Cape. Because of its convenient location, it is no more that 45 minutes from any point on Cape Cod. It is about one and one-half hours south of the Boston airport. Minutes away, Hyannis offers excellent restaurants, beaches, golf, shopping, etc. The active harbor has a fishing fleet, is less than one mile away and is where the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard originate. There are also boat tours of the harbor including the John F. Kennedy Memorial and the multi-million dollar homes on the shore line, including the famous Kennedy compound. Whether enjoying the morning sunrise over the pond, feeding the geese, or walks on the beach, our guests enjoy all the beauty, nature, history, and fun Cape Cod has to offer.
